1 Pet 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:

The scripture of 1 Pet 2:9 refers to all the sanctified; all that are separated from the world being born of God by the word (John 1:12-13).  Amongst them we have three categories of the sanctified as explained earlier. It does not matter whether you are a Christian, pastor or presiding high priest of our confession (Jesus Christ), we have this scripture as a starting point of deepened relationship with the father. The RTS structure follows Gods arrangement so that the Levites are Christians in general but the presiding structure comprises the administrative priesthood. Even though pastors are administrative priests, every single Christian is a spiritual priest unto the lord.

The pastor’s tithe is 10% of all tithes collected in all Christian churches.>>The pastor calculates 1/10th of the sum of all tithes in his church. (This comprises the church tithe 9% and the RTS tithe 1%).

The church pastors (priests) WHO ARE ALSO LEVITES have two responsibilities

1) RESPONSIBILITY TO THE LEVITES (Christians)
The church leader is administrative priest amongst the Levites so that he should care for the Levites (Duet 14:27. Failure to do so brings the curse (Mal2;1-10). This is the covenant of Levi (Mal2:8). This commandment is transmitted in the New in John 14:12 John14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.15:12 This is my commandment, THat ye love one another,as I have loved you.

>>PAYING THE LEVITES OR CHRISTIANS
The cell leader under INSTRUCTION FROM THE PASTOR coordinates and pays all members after receiving instructions from the Zonal RTS office in the area (to adjust for other zones and regions of the world). Both Christians;
1) That redeem their tithes and
2) That get less than contributed) ARE PAID THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY unless they have liabilities.
NB: All those that do not qualify will have their money sent back to the pastor to be added to the RTS of the next month. Tithers could be disqualified from receiving payments;

i) They did not tithe within the month without giving good reason.
ii) Statistical fraud discovered during audit (giving false information about financial data and family situation).
iii) The third and most important is that the tither is absent from specific spiritual operations despite reason that such is mature enough and skilled for such as stated.

2) RESPONSIBILITY TO THE HIGH PRIEST (Jesus)
Neh 10:38 And the priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes: and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes unto the house of God…
We know that Jesus is the High priest (WHO SHOULD RECEIVE THE TITHE OF THE TITHE ) but so that we respect our spiritual leadership, we must institute the tithe of the tithe.

THE CHURCH TITHE

The church tithe is the part of the pastor’s tithe that remains in every church after the 1% tithe is paid. This is the amount used to take care of the local priests of every local assembly. The pastor shares this amount to his collaborators according to clearly defined criteria which should be reproduced and generated as an example to other Christian local assemblies. Pastors should not hide the distribution of their 9% tithes for any reasons.

They should use their church evaluation meeting to seek solutions to any problems coming as a result of the RTS funds and solve them amicably.
